We offer non-licensed, peer-supported homes where residents find structure, accountability, and encouragement. With affordable weekly and monthly stays, we make stability within reach while connecting residents to community resources, job leads, and recovery networks.

At 1 ACCORD Solutions, we provide safe, structured, and supportive shared housing for seniors, veterans, sober/transitional residents, and young adults aging out of foster care. Our mission is to create a clean, respectful, and affordable environment where people of all walks of life can live with dignity, rebuild, and thrive—one day at a time.

For seniors, we offer a comfortable, community-centered living space that reduces isolation and promotes connection. For veterans and individuals in recovery or transition, we provide stability, accountability, and peer support. For young adults aging out of foster care, we open the door to a safe place to grow into independence.

While we do not provide medical or clinical services onsite, we connect residents to trusted treatment providers, job resources, and community support networks.
